Pareteum Expands Global Cloud-Based Mobile Platform
NEW YORK, NEW YORK – PRNewswire – November 03, 2016 – Pareteum Corporation (NYSE MKT: TEUM) (“ET” or the “Company”), a leading communications technology provider to global Mobile, MVNO, Enterprise and IoT markets, today announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with leading Brazil-based Systems Integrator, Cleartech, for the live deployment of Pareteum’s Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) services to enterprise and mobile virtual network operators.

The Pareteum-Cleartech strategic partnership brings MVNO opportunities to Cleartech’s enterprise clients and partners, leveraging Pareteum’s global cloud based mobile telecom, security and messaging platform. Cleartech, is joint-venture by EDS, and CPqD and leading Brazilian IT companies which comprise a clearinghouse of telecom entities that manage interconnections and services shared by telecom operators in Brazil. Cleartech’s partners Telefonica, TIM, Amereica Movel, and Oi, among others, complement the expansion of the combined Pareteum-Cleartech offerings into new MVNO opportunities.
